Staffs are very friendly and always try their best to solve the guest's problems. The design of the commonplace is good. Trendy and brand new. Wifi: sometimes even you connected to the network but it doesn't work.

Shower: It is too strong for the water, also you cannot control the direction of the shower head, and it will easily make your clothes get wet. Room: no personal locker in the rooms, must pay much attendtion for the belongings when you go to toilet/bath if you are solo-traveller. (the hostel only provide one-time use eletronic locker, need pay for sure). Restup London.
